Southbend's P36RAD/BRKT Salamander Broiler is equipped with four 10,000 BTU natural gas radiant burners and dual valve control valve for left and right operation and has 420 square inches of cooking surface. An 'easy-track' counter balanced, roll out removable broiler rack is 30 inches wide and 14 inches deep, with five adjustable positions. Gas flow adjusts to 3 settings: high, low and off. The broiler rack platform has 5 positions and can be raised or lowered for optimum broiling applications.
Constructed of 430 stainless steel #3 polish. Face plate and crumb tray are 430 bright anneal. This item measures 36 inches wide by 15.5 inches deep and 21.5 inches tall. CSA, NSF
